What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Information You Provide. We receive and store information you enter, such as your address,
phone number or email address. You can choose not to provide this information, but then we will
not be able to respond to your inquiry.
Other Information: Every computer has an IP (Internet Protocol) address. IP addresses of
computers used to visit this site are noted. In addition, we automatically collect other information
such as browser types, operating systems, and the URL addresses of sites clicked to and from
this site.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use the information you provide to us to respond to your specific inquiry for information, and
may use this information to communicate with you after the initial inquiry has been handled. We
do not sell or share data collected from this site to any third parties. Other information including IP
addresses, browser types, operating systems, and the URL's of referring sites are used to
perform statistical analysis of traffic hosted by the onedreamonegoal.org site.
How Do We Protect the Security of Your Information?
If you choose to donate to the One Dream: One Goal campaign, our contract donation collection
service, Donor Town Square ("our contractor"), works to protect the security of your information
during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information
you input. Likewise, if you submit information about yourself on the Contact Us page, it, too, is
encrypted.No system can guarantee absolute security, however, Evergreen Country Day School
and our contractor will take every reasonable precaution to assure that your data is secure.
We do NOT sell the personal information of donors to third parties or disclose information about
our donors to anyone, unless required to by a legal order. This includes demographic information
about the donors or website visitors. It also includes all personal information about the donor,
including their credit card and the amount they donated. Our contractor does not under any
condition release complete credit card information from donors to Evergreen Country Day School
for their use.
All charges made on behalf of Evergreen Country Day School through this donation page will be
listed on the donor's credit card as "Donor Town Square," not Evergreen Country Day School. The
donor acknowledges that they have been notified of this. Our contractor will promptly deliver
payment of the donation, minus applicable transaction fees, to Evergreen Country Day School as
promised.
Our contractor does not make any guarantee of the validity of the claims or representations made
by Evergreen Country Day School. Our contractor cannot be held responsible for how Evergreen
Country Day School uses funds donated by the donor, or if Evergreen Country Day School in fact
exists for the stated purpose.
It is up to the donor to determine to what extent, if any, their donation may be tax deductible. This
will vary depending on the donation and on the value of any goods received in return for the
donation, and our contractor, nor Evergreen Country Day School, make no claims about the tax
deduction options available to donors. Please contact your tax advisor about how any potential tax
advantages may apply to you.
Our contractor provides to Evergreen Country Day School all of the information about a donation
except for the credit card number. Our contractor is not responsible for how Evergreen Country
Day School may use donors’ personal information for future mailings. To be removed from a
client’s mailing list or for other questions regarding the address and contact information a donor
supplies, the donor must contact Evergreen Country Day School.
All requests for a refund of a donation should be directed to the Evergreen Country Day School,
not to our contractor, as our contractor promptly delivers all funds to the organization and will no
longer have possession of the donor’s funds.
Your Choice: Opt-in or Opt-out
It is your choice whether to receive emails or other communication from us. Please note the
default settings:
